Unlike most search firms, we’re not recruiters who decided
to hang out our own shingles…the roots of this practice evolved
from our founder providing strategic planning, executive mentoring,
strategy and process improvement and designing/developing executive
training programs.
Our pull into retained executive search was a natural
evolution of helping organizations achieve their business initiatives
through the development and retention of executives.
It’s not about being “recruitment” driven; it’s
about being “outcome” driven.
