Barbara Marchetti, President/Founder
Barbara brings 20 years of experience impacting the human capital
of business and industry. Barbara is an internationally known business
strategist, trainer and public speaker. After having managed multi
million dollar staffing organizations at the general manager and
AVP levels, she established her consulting practice (Preferred Partnership)
in 1991.
For 14 years she has provided strategy, process improvement, executive
mentoring and high impact training to the human capital management
industry. In 1999 she diversified into Retained Search to complement
the consulting and training offerings; thus Preferred Resource Group
(PRG) was established.
Barbara received her B.A. from Colby College and completed her
Masters studies in Business Management from Lesley College. She
sits on the advisory board of Bullhorn Technologies and is a member
of the Kitchen Cabinet for The Fireman Foundation’s One Family
Scholar Program. Barbara also participates in the One Family Scholar’s
mentor program to assist women seeking financial independence through
academic and professional development.
Elizabeth Cushing, Director of Recruiting
Beth joined PRG in 1999 and brings 15 years of recruiting and operations
management experience to the table having managed a branch operation
for a national staffing organization as well as serving as a Director
of Quality Control with a privately owned staffing firm. Prior to
joining PRG, Beth was a top recruiter in the healthcare sector.
Beth studied at the University of Massachusetts.
AnnMarie Wilson, Client Development
Specialist
Life Sciences and Medical Devices
Annie brings over 10 years of sales and marketing experience to
PRG. Her experience includes impacting the growth of traditional
laboratory related applications and emerging biotechnological based
solutions. She’s worked for Hemagen Diagnostics, AT&T,
and Janssen Pharmaceuticals. Annie received her B.A from Boston
College.
Jo Ann Haskell, Research Specialist
Jo Ann brings 5 years experience, most recently at the Director
level, as a recruiter for an IT and professional search group. Her
knowledge of the search process has been instrumental in her ability
to drill down and build pipelines of candidates through her efficient
research efforts. Jo Ann received her B.S. in Education at Fitchburg
State.
