Once an opportunity is deemed appropriate to put in front of you,
we will provide you with a Key Result Action Plan (in lieu of a
job description) as well as transcribed due diligence notes captured
during our interviews with:
- Key executives
- Board members
- Investors
- Direct reports
We will ask of you to invest significant
time in the following:
- Initial phone screen
- Phone interview
- In person interview
- Behavioral Assessment
- Closing Argument
- 10 – 12 references
- Full background check (including degree verifications, employment
verifications, wage verification, criminal federal and state background
checks, etc.)
We understand and respect that decisions at these levels are life
altering and involve not only you but your families and friends.
We will never push you into an opportunity that does not feel right
to you; if at any time throughout the process you determine that
you no longer wish to go forward, it’s your life…your
decision. We owe it to you, our client candidate, as well as our
client companies to bring parties together that see the value in
